Attention should be paid to the debridement and repair of open laryngeal trauma: fully disinfect the wound, remove inanimate tissues and foreign bodies, and keep the damaged thyroid cartilage as much as possible. Carefully combined, stitched layer by layer, and fixed each layer of tissue. No wound was left in the laryngeal cavity, and laryngeal membrane was placed to prevent postoperative laryngeal stenosis.
