1 gating system. It is a plastic melt flow channel from the injection molding machine nozzle to the mold cavity. Consists of a main channel, a shunt channel, a cold well and a gate;

2 molded parts. The molded part forms a mold cavity to form a plastic part. It is composed of punch, punching die, forming rod, etc.

3 mold closing guide mechanism. Generally, it consists of guide posts and guide sleeves, which play a role in positioning and guiding;

4 demoulding mechanism. After the molding of the plastic parts is opened, the plastic parts are pushed out to complete demoulding;

5 exhaust structure. Exhaust the gas in the cavity during injection molding;

6 side core-pulling mechanism. The shape of plastic parts is complex, and side core-pulling is needed when side core-pulling is needed.
