Is there any good way to correct high and low shoulders?
The essence of high and low shoulders is a bending deformity of spine, and early detection and treatment are the key to prevent the serious development of deformity. The early manifestations of scoliosis are: uneven shoulders, the spine deviating from the midline, the scapula being high and low, wrinkled dermatoglyphics on one side of the chest, and asymmetry on both sides of the back when bending forward. The simple check is the bending test: stand on the flat ground with your feet at attention. Put your palms together, put your hands between your knees and bend over gradually. The examiner sits in front of or behind the patient, looks straight at the eyes, and observes whether the back of both sides of the child is equal in height. If one side is found to be high, it means that there may be scoliosis with vertebral rotation.
