Video of straightening method of steel bar straightener
1, the mechanical straightening of coarse steel bars is generally done manually at present. Large-tonnage cold-drawn equipment can be used where conditions permit. For example, the winch straightening method can not only reduce the labor intensity, but also improve the strength and length of cold-drawn steel bars and save steel. But before cold drawing, steel bars need butt welding, and large elbows need manual straightening, so they are rarely used. In the absence of cold drawing equipment, a straight hammer can also be used for straightening. Such as belt hammer, spring hammer, etc. , but before straightening, the steel bar on the column iron plate must be straightened by hand. Then use a straight hammer to bend the hammer one by one. This kind of flat hammer uses a motor to drive the eccentric wheel to rotate through a pulley, which makes the flat hammer reciprocate up and down. The steel bar is placed on the hammer pier to achieve the purpose of straightening under the impact of the hammer. 2\ Mechanical straightening of fine steel bars generally adopts winch straightening method. The automatic production line with high mechanization can be established by straightening steel bars with hoist. For example, continuous operations such as feeding, cutting, straightening and cutting of steel bars can reduce the number of operators and improve labor production efficiency, so that straightening, derusting and cutting can be completed at one time. Therefore, it has been widely used in steel processing. The operation procedure of straightening steel bar with hoist is: clamp one end of round steel bar installed on turret into the fixture of electric traction trolley on horse frame, and start the traction trolley. When the traction trolley runs to the limit switch at the end of the horse frame, stop the traction, cut off the steel bar, and clamp both ends of the steel bar into the ground anchor fixture and the tension trolley fixture respectively. Then start the hoist to straighten the steel bar, and the tensile rate is controlled within 65438 0%. For class I round steel with a diameter of 6-9mm, it can also be straightened by a straightener. A wheel stop device is added in front of the leveler, and the motor drives the roller to forcibly cold-draw the steel bar, and then it is connected to the leveler for processing. In this way, the four processes of cold drawing, rust removal, straightening and cutting are linked, and the labor productivity is improved. 3. Mechanical straightening of steel wire The cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire with a diameter below 5.5mm is processed by a straightener. Machining cold-drawn steel wire with straightener can finish rust removal, straightening and cutting at one time. The straightener consists of a frame, a straightening device, a traction device, a cutting device, a fixed length mechanism, a receiving bracket and an electric drive mechanism. Its working principle is that one end of the steel wire placed on the pallet frame passes through a straightening cylinder driven by a motor. Five groups of straightening blocks are installed in the cylinder, and the central holes of the three groups of straightening blocks deviate from the rotation axis of the straightening cylinder. When the steel wire passes through the rotating straightening roller, it is straightened by bending in different directions. The traction roller and the gear cutter are driven by another motor, and the traction roller pulls the steel wire through the notch in the gear cutter. When its end touches the limit switch on the receiving bracket, the clutch circuit is turned on, so that the gear cutter rotates 120 degrees to fix the steel bar, and the cut steel wire falls into the bracket. The limit switch on the receiving bracket can be adjusted to the corresponding position according to the blanking length. The actual blanking length error of the gear cutter cutting device of the common straightener is large. If an electronic controller is installed on the straightener, the steel wire is cut according to a given length and the cutting times are displayed at any time, this straightener is called a numerical control electronic straightening and cutting machine. Electronic straightening and cutting machine is suitable for straightening and cutting cold-drawn steel wire. It requires the steel wire to have a smooth surface and a uniform cross section, so as to avoid the uneven movement speed of the steel wire and affect the accuracy of the cutting length. When the cutting length is less than 4000mm, the error is only 1~2mm, and it can be directly used to reinforce members without secondary cutting, thus achieving the effects of reducing material consumption and saving working procedures.
