Hearn EDM machine tool can enter the surface of workpiece at an extremely steep angle and etch unknown holes. The whole process is accurate and controllable, and there is no need to set an accurate drilling depth in advance.

Different machining processes will have different effects on the degree of electrode wear, so it is difficult to control the corrosion depth accurately and repeatedly. In addition, the EDM process will also change in the process of electrical corrosion. So even if we continue to advance 2~3mm on the erosion axis, it will be as long as 100mm drilling itself. This will affect the diameter accuracy of the hole and the external dimensions of electrode taper and roundness.
