If the temperature display of the liquid corrosion instrument is not true, the fault is due to the failure to compensate the corresponding temperature after replacing the faulty temperature sensor in 2007. At first, I asked my colleagues why the temperature compensation did not respond, which may be a procedural problem. Later, after reading some professional materials, I found that since the temperature display program and sensor are all right, the problem lies in temperature compensation. But why is 60-degree temperature compensation useless? After several experiments, I found that everyone only compensated the sensor temperature by 60 degrees, and the other 20, 30, 40, 50 and 55 temperature segments were not compensated, so I tried to compensate other temperature segments, and the temperature compensation could be added to the instrument. So I compensated several sensors that can display the temperature, because the temperature display is not correct under normal circumstances. As a result, only the No.3 sensor failed at this time. So I solved the problem, but learned the compensation law of the sensor.
