What if someone gets an electric shock at low voltage?
1. Serious damage after electric shock.

Ventricular fibrillation caused by current passing through the heart leads to cardiac arrest or muscle rigidity contraction caused by current passing through the respiratory muscles, leading to respiratory arrest.

2. Moderate injury after electric shock.

Now blood pressure drops, convulsions, screams, arrhythmia, shock and other symptoms. At the same time, when electric burns, local tissues are brown or carbonized, and muscles are coagulated. At the moment of electric shock, the intense contraction of human muscles makes the body suddenly bounce off the power supply and fall from a height, which may be complicated with brain injury, chest injury, visceral rupture, dislocation, limb fracture and so on.

3. The degree of damage after electric shock is relatively light.

Dizziness, palpitation, weakness, local numbness, etc.

2. First aid methods

90% of the patients who started treatment 1 min after electric shock had a good effect; It is unlikely that the patient will be rescued within 12 minutes after being electrocuted. Therefore, if someone is found to have been electrocuted, first of all, on-site rescue should be carried out as soon as possible to race against time.

When electric shock is found, the following first aid measures should be taken:

1. Isolate the power supply from electric shock.

1). For low-voltage electric shock accidents:

If there is a power switch or plug near the electric shock site, you can immediately pull out the switch or plug and disconnect the power supply; If there is no power switch or plug near the electric shock site, you can use insulated electrician pliers or an axe with a dry wooden handle to cut off the wire and disconnect the power supply; When the electric wire falls on or under the electric shock victim, dry clothes, gloves, ropes, belts, wooden sticks, bamboo poles, shoulder poles, plastic sticks and other insulators can be used as tools to pick up the electric wire or pull the electric shock victim away from the power supply.

2). For high-voltage electric shock accidents:

You should immediately notify the relevant departments of the power outage, and then take measures to rescue. The faster the speed, the better, because the longer the current acts, the heavier the damage.

Carry out simple first aid

After the electric shock is cut off, it must be rescued on the spot. Only when there is a threat to safety at the scene can the electric shock victim be carried to a safe place for rescue, and the degree of injury of the electric shock victim can not be quickly judged after the electric shock victim is sent to the hospital for further rescue.

1). For serious damage after electric shock.

If the electric shock victim is unconscious, he should lie flat on his back to ensure that the airway is unobstructed, and call or pat the injured person for 5 seconds to determine whether the injured person is unconscious. When it is necessary to rescue the wounded, we should insist on correct rescue and contact the medical department in time. And on-site first aid work:

(1) Untie the tight clothes that hinder the breathing of the electrocuted person.

(2) Check the mouth of the person who gets an electric shock and clean up the mucus in the mouth. If there are any dentures, remove them.

(3) Immediately carry out on-site rescue. If breathing stops, take respiratory resuscitation and precordial tapping or chest compression at the same time.

Respiratory resuscitation:

Commonly used are: mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration and artificial pressurized respiration.

This paper introduces the method of mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration: mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration makes the patient's head lean back, holds the patient's nostril by hand, blows into the patient's mouth, and the chest and lungs automatically retract after blowing, and then releases the hand holding the nose. Repeat this action rhythmically and evenly, and keep it 16~20 times per minute until the chest begins to move. If the mouth of the wounded can't be pried open, you can also use mouth-to-mouth blowing to blow your nose by sealing the mouth of the wounded with one hand.

Percussion in precordial area:

When the heart stops beating, immediately knock on the precordial area with your fist (the power of the fist should not be too strong), and knock for 3~5 times continuously, and then observe whether the heart is pacing. If the heartbeat recovers, it means success; If the heart doesn't beat, we should use chest compressions instead.

Chest compressions:

By pressing the lower end of the sternum, the heart is indirectly compressed, so that the blood flow can be effectively circulated. The specific operation method is as follows: the patient lies on his back on the hard bed or floor, and the operator faces the head on one side of the patient or straddles the patient. The root of one palm is placed under the patient's sternum, and the other palm is placed on the back of the hand. Press his hands vertically in the direction of his back with impact and rhythm, the pressure is about 3~5 cm, and the impact is 10 times per minute. Don't push too hard when squeezing to prevent rib fracture. Chest compressions take a long time and don't give up easily. Be careful not to press the wrong position (not the middle and upper sternum, nor the xiphoid process). When chest compressions are performed, mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration must be closely coordinated.

2). The degree of injury after electric shock is moderate.

Shock can be treated by artificial respiration, electric burn and falling from a height, and the following items can be used for simple treatment.

Stockings: They can be used as bandages in an emergency.

Zha: In case of fracture, the splint can be fixed or used as a tourniquet.

Clean bath towel: it can be used as a triangle towel or as a thick dressing.

Handkerchiefs and handkerchiefs: When wet, fully ironed with an electric iron or sterilized in a microwave oven at high temperature, which can be used as disinfection dressings.

Magazines, rulers, thick wrapping paper, umbrellas and crutches: they can be used as splints when broken.

Plastic wrap: After removing the surface several times, it can be directly covered on the broken wound to play a temporary protection role, and plastic wrap can also play a similar role.

3). The degree of damage after electric shock is relatively light.

Give them spiritual comfort and let them drink some sugar boiled water or strong tea.

3. Preventive measures

Mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration was used in the rescue. If the heart stops beating or vibrates irregularly, artificial chest extrusion can be used for rescue. But never interrupt for no reason.

If there is a second person besides the rescuer at the scene, the following work should be done immediately:

(1). Persuade the idlers at the scene.

(2) Provide first aid tools and equipment.

(3) Ensure sufficient lighting and air circulation at the site.

(4). Report to the leader and ask the doctor to come to the rescue.

I saw this on the internet, and I kept it ~ ~ ~ Someone asked and posted it.
