Plaster correction with plastic mud.

The final model.

Blow molding to make masks.

Polishing, coloring and further processing.

Facial camouflage technology

Introduction:

Easy to change, let the appearance, the so-called easy to change is the technology (art) to change people's appearance. In some novels or movies, there is often a description of the art of changing face, which often turns into another person's appearance. It's not entirely correct here. It is possible for a person to become another person, but it is impossible in a short time, which requires the full cooperation of the face changer. Therefore, the ancient face-lifting theory was mostly exaggerated, and it was impossible to make a simulated face-lifting mask at that time.

Development course:

First of all, science can create many miracles. Today, the old saying "easy to make" is nothing unusual. It has become a specialized technology, also known as "plastic makeup". This kind of makeup is different from medical plastic surgery because its changes are temporary and can be restored; Not only that, this makeup is different from the general "makeup". "Plastic makeup" is a great test of the ability of makeup artists, because it requires makeup artists to be artists and sculptors.

Second, China began to study plastic surgery and makeup from 1950, but there is still a certain gap compared with foreign countries. The technology of plastic makeup in the world is the same, but the difference is that the materials used are better than ours, and theirs are softer and more realistic.

Simple capacity steps:

(1) Step 1: Pour out a female mold.

First, pour out a plaster model. If it is a whole body, it is necessary to pour out a full-body model. If it is a certain part, it is necessary to pour out the model of this part. Before mold pouring, people who are "easy to let go" should first put a layer of oil on their faces to make their skin smoother, and their heads should be wrapped with plastic wrap to prevent the plaster used for mold pouring from sticking to their hair. In addition, before putting plaster on your face, you must apply vaseline oil to your eyebrows, eyes and other key parts to prevent facial hair from being uprooted when you uncover it. When sticking plaster on the face, the actor must close his eyes and connect his nose with the outside world through two plastic pipes to prevent the plaster from blocking his nostrils. Since people can't talk after being put in plaster, they should put paper and pen in front of them. In an emergency, this is the only effective way to express yourself. This time will last about an hour, so most people need to close their eyes and relax their facial expressions before doing the inverted mold until they can adapt. For the makeup artist, it is still necessary to hold the head by hand, because the plaster is relatively heavy, and the burden on the cervical spine will be significantly increased. Gypsum will solidify and harden after being added, and then it will be carefully taken out. The plaster model is about three or four centimeters thick. Seen from the inside, the nose and mouth are sunken, which is called female model.

(2) Step 2: Dig out the facial plaster on the female die.

Only female models can't do it. You need to dig out the real plaster on the female die. Specifically, first brush soapy water in the female die, clean the inside, then pour the gypsum into the mold, and after solidification, take out female die, so that a gypsum statue exactly like a human face can be dug up.

(3) Step 3: Plaster is corrected with plastic mud.

At this time, you can make some modifications on the gypsum image with sludge to make it more realistic.

(4) Step 4: Final model.

This time, instead of pouring gypsum into the second gypsum mask, gypsum is added to the periphery of the mask. For example, if you immerse your face in water, the model is this water division. Before sticking the plaster, make a fence close to the mask. The height of the fence must be higher than the tip of the mask, and then pour the plaster into the fence. After about a week, the plaster was completely dried, and the plaster mask was slightly broken, and finally the model was released.

(5) Step 5: Blow molding to make the mask.

Next, a white milk-like liquid called "silica gel" is mixed with the foundation and coated on the inside of the model. After thoroughly drying, it is uncovered with tweezers to make the final mask and stick it on the face, which is the embryonic form of the so-called "human skin mask".

(6) Step 6: Polishing, coloring and further processing.

Carefully polish, color and glue eyebrows, beards, etc. with a liquid polisher. Finally, a highly simulated "human skin mask" was formed. Strictly speaking, it takes 18 days or even months to make a highly simulated "human skin mask", depending on different situations, from the initial mold inversion to the completion of the production. The mask may be whole or part.
