Because the current network management is not standardized enough, there are both healthy and beautiful things on the Internet, as well as vulgar things. Vulgar content, some students with poor self-control are unable to resist the erosion of harmful information, indulge in Internet cafes, indulge in online chatting, online dating, and online game battles, and gradually become undisciplined, tired of studying, truant, and stay out at night. Pure minds have been poisoned, their eyes and bodies have been damaged, their studies have been greatly affected, and some have even embarked on the path of illegal crime.

Moreover, in order to make money, students are lured into it. Internet cafes, those profit-driven operators have adopted various means to lure students into Internet cafes, regardless of the physical and mental health of students. These Internet cafes have simple facilities, no safety guarantees, complicated access and frequent accidents involving students.

The dangers of Internet cafes have affected the anxious hearts of tens of thousands of parents, and have also attracted great attention from party and state leaders in order to strengthen the management of Internet service business premises, standardize the business behavior of operators, and protect netizens.
