(1) First of all, there is a premise for making the expansion diagram. Your drawings must be all sheet metal commands, and there can be no stretching commands;

(2) Then click the command at the bottom of the sheet metal bar in the toolbar on the right, which is "Flat Form".

(3) Finally, how do you want to unfold it? Just choose a corresponding plane, either on the part or on the reference plane.
