Celery: Mainly introduced from Europe and the United States, it has a compact plant shape, strong growth potential, and a plant height of 60 to 80 cm; the petioles are thick and wide and flat, up to 2.3 to 3.3 cm wide, mostly solid, with vascular bundles and The chlamydia tissue is underdeveloped, with less cellulose, light taste, crisp and tender; poor heat resistance, and a single plant weighs 1 to 2 kilograms. There are two types: green handle and yellow handle.
