Rhinoplasty procedure
In order to reduce the tension of wound suture, it is necessary to make a loose incision on both alveolar ridges and a blunt dissection on periosteum. The anatomical range of the affected side is wider than that of the healthy side, including buccal soft tissue and alar fissure. For complete cleft lip, the attachment point between the external angle of the alar and the inferior turbinate should be cut off, so that the external foot of the alar can be fully free, which is convenient for better reduction, and finally the alar can reach bilateral symmetry.

Fourth, suture

Sew from the inside out. Suturing the base of the nose to restore the alar, and then suturing the labial mucosa and orbicularis oris muscle should be able to achieve functional recovery. Muscle suture should not be too much, and a needle at the bottom of the nose is especially important. The second needle can not only restore the orbicularis oris muscle, but also correct the deviation of the root of nasal columella.
