The rear fender is also called the rear fender. In the rear-end collision, the first injury was the rear bumper, followed by the rear fender. Replacing the backplane is not easy. It takes a long time to drill the solder joints of the back plate one by one, and it is also very troublesome to glue after welding. The time for replacing the rear fender is enough for several other minor accidents, so replacement or maintenance depends on the actual situation. Generally speaking, if the backboard is a little concave, you can pull it out slowly with a bench or hammer without cutting the backboard. However, if the spare tire floor is seriously deformed, especially the cross beam is injured, then it is inevitable to remove the rear apron. Cut off the rear apron, straighten the girder and the spare wheel chassis, and finally weld a new rear apron.
Basically, the deformation of the rear fender and the spare tire floor will not affect the handling performance of the vehicle, but it is an accident vehicle because it has been cut and welded. After the back plate is repaired by cutting and welding, it is necessary to carefully stick the solder joints to prevent rusting, because the welded places are covered with pig iron and are not protected by paint, which is easy to rust.
