Douyin Kong Long is from Ordos, Inner Mongolia. Kong Long is the research and development mentor of Xibei Catering Group. He started cooking in 2000 and came to Beijing in 2001 to work in Xibei Noodle Village, growing with the company. In 2022, he won the title of "Three Major Private Chefs" in the Linhai·Rongguang-First Chinese Private Chef Competition.
