How to cut bamboo into bamboo fiber in life?
Steps:

(1) Cut the raw bamboo to length according to the length of bamboo joints, then put the cut bamboo joints in a pressure vessel, and remove the lignin, pectin and other impurities in the raw bamboo with superheated steam to prepare bamboo coarse fibers.

Secondly, the lignin, pectin, sugar and fat in bamboo fiber were removed by soaking and heating in aqueous solution containing plant enzyme bacteria.

(3) The fibrillated coarse bamboo fiber is crushed and chopped by a groove crusher, and washed with water at the same time, so that most impurities such as lignin and pectin in the bamboo fiber are separated from the fiber.

(4) Further softening and bleaching the fibers in the crude bamboo fibers through bleaching and rinsing. Then, the fibers in the bamboo crude fiber are subjected to conventional dehydration treatment, and an appropriate amount of fiber reinforcing agent is evenly added to further enhance the strength of the fibers.

⑤ Bamboo fiber is treated with emulsifier to make it meet the requirements of textile softness. Finally, bamboo fiber with spinnability is obtained by drying.

1, bamboo fiber

Bamboo fiber is a cellulose fiber extracted from natural bamboo, which is the fifth largest natural fiber after cotton, hemp, wool and silk. Bamboo fiber has good air permeability, instant water absorption, strong wear resistance and good dyeability, and has natural antibacterial, bacteriostatic, acaricidal, deodorizing and anti-ultraviolet functions.

2. Chemical bamboo fiber

Chemical bamboo fiber can be divided into bamboo pulp fiber and bamboo charcoal fiber.

① Bamboo pulp fiber: Bamboo pulp fiber is a kind of fiber made from bamboo chips, then pulping and wet spinning, and its manufacturing process is basically similar to viscose fiber.

(2) Bamboo charcoal fiber: It is a fiber product made of nano bamboo charcoal powder, which is added to viscose spinning solution through a special process and spun by an approximate conventional spinning process.

3. Advantages of bamboo fiber fabric

① Fine and smooth.

Bamboo fiber fabric has fine compactness, coupled with the natural smoothness of bamboo fiber, bamboo fiber fabric feels very smooth and delicate, similar to satin.

② air permeability and hygroscopicity

As a kind of plant fiber, bamboo fiber has good air permeability.

③ Inhibition of bacteria

Experiments have proved this characteristic. Bamboo fiber fabric will not only breed bacteria, but also kill the spread bacteria, which is very healthy.

④ Green and environmental protection

Bamboo fiber is a pure plant fiber and does not involve chemicals. It is green and natural. Bamboo itself grows very fast, with a wide planting area, strong regeneration ability, energy saving and environmental protection.

⑤ Beauty and health care

This feature is also the feature of bamboo itself. Bamboo deodorizes, prevents insects and mites, and has natural medicinal value. Long-term consumption of bamboo fiber products can be used for beauty care.

6. Warm in winter and cool in summer.

This item is related to the natural coolness and breathability of bamboo fiber, which is cool for heatstroke prevention in summer and comfortable and warm in winter.
