I think Dilraba is beautiful, which is undeniable, but it has not become a new plastic surgery template. The fundamental reason, I think, is that people have different appreciation of the beauty of ethnic minorities, feel unaccustomed to it, have no strong sense of envy, and prefer the beauty of big ethnic groups, so they have not become a new cosmetic template.
