Trim once in spring and once in summer. When pruning in spring, twigs, cross branches, overlapping branches, overgrown branches, pests and diseases branches and over-dense main branches are cut off from the base to make the branches evenly distributed. When pruning in summer, we should mainly cut off long and upright branches, leaving only 3 ~ 4 main branches per plant, so as to make them properly dense, promote the full development of axillary buds at the base, and ensure normal flowering and fruiting.
