Introduction to verb (abbreviation of verb) Mechanism
The testing machine consists of main engine, hydraulic transmission system, computer control system and accessories. See external drawings for details.
1. Host component
The main engine adopts double-arm structure and double-space test. The motor and reducer are located in the lower part of the main engine, which can complete the tensile and compressive tests, wherein the upper space is the tensile space and the lower space is the compression space. The motor drives the precision screw pair to rotate through the pulley deceleration system, thus driving the center beam to move up and down and load the sample. The test speed can be controlled by the motor speed regulation system installed under the main engine.
2. Hydraulic transmission system
The oil source consists of an oil tank, an oil pump motor unit, a high-precision oil filter, a valve group, a superimposed overflow valve and an electromagnetic reversing valve.
Oil source hydraulic principle
The hydraulic oil output by the oil pump motor group enters the valve group of the oil delivery valve after passing through the high-precision oil filter, and then passes through the overflow valve and the electromagnetic reversing valve to realize the hydraulic clamping of the sample. By controlling the reversing of the electromagnetic reversing valve, the oil can enter the clamping cavity or the loosening cavity of the clamping cylinder in the upper and lower beams respectively, so as to realize the clamping and loosening of the sample. The superimposed safety valve can adjust the pressure of the clamping system.
3. Electrical part
The electrical part consists of speed control system and display measurement system. This machine adopts DC servo motor and speed control system to control the forward and reverse rotation and speed accuracy of DC motor. The load measuring system consists of high-precision load sensor, measuring amplifier, A/D converter and regulated power supply. The displacement measurement system consists of photoelectric encoder, pulse width shaping circuit, frequency doubling circuit and counting circuit. The controller plugs directly into the computer slot. All control parameters and measurement results can be displayed on the screen in real time.

Installation and adjustment of intransitive verbs
1 The testing machine and its toolbox are packed in the testing case. Before unpacking, check whether the outer packaging is in good condition. After unpacking, take out the technical documents first, then check whether the components in the packing box are in good condition, and check whether there are any parts according to the packing list.
2 Put the testing machine on a solid platform or cement platform, align it with a level, and make the machine in a horizontal position.
3 The power supply system of the testing machine is 380V and 220V, and the main machine must be grounded.
4. Clamping of samples:
The mixture of graphite and butter can be used as a lubricant to prevent the jaw and jaw seat from biting or biting on the sliding surface when moving. When the testing machine is equipped with special oil clamping equipment, it should be operated according to other specified instructions.

Compression test:
Install an upper pressure plate at the bottom of the lower beam. It is fixed with screws, and the lower pressure plate is placed on the spherical seat in the center of the test bench, which can be slightly inclined and suitable for the plane of the compressed sample. The center line of the sample must coincide with the center line of the pressure plate to avoid eccentric stress.
Bending test:
According to the distance required for the test, the roller bearing is fixed on the test bench with screws. The center distance between the two bearings can be seen from the scale on the side of the test bench. Install the upper pressure head at the bottom of the lower cross beam and fasten it with screws. (Pay attention to the hammer socket)

Eight, maintenance and maintenance
1. Before working, check whether there is lubricating oil in the reducer under the workbench.
1. The grease in the bearings at the upper and lower ends of the lead screw is generally replaced once every 3-5 years.
2. The screw and nut of the testing machine should be lubricated once every six months.
3. Keep the testing machine clean.
Nine, common faults and treatment methods
1. If abnormality is displayed during the test or the middle cross member does not move, please check whether the limit switch is locked. If the limit switch is locked, release it and try again.
2. If the test force and displacement have not changed during the test, check whether the wiring and socket are in good condition.
3. If abnormal sound is found during the test, immediately stop the machine and check the transmission system.
