Reception of guests: greet guests in advance and invite them to their homes on the same day during the Chinese New Year holidays or because of the need to receive guests. If you agree to the host's invitation, you will get it, otherwise you will look down on the host.
Seating: The host family arranges the guests to be seated reasonably according to their age, seniority and position. When they start drinking, they often hear "there is no size on the banquet", which means that the number of drinks should be the same. Please don't mind between guests.
Wine Commander: Before drinking, the host family chooses a person who has a large capacity for drinking and can persuade people to drink as a "wine commander" (not used to serving waitresses), pours wine for the guests and invites them to drink well.
Door cup: put a cup in front of everyone at the table and fill it with wine. This glass of wine must be drunk, otherwise the host will say "the wine is thin" and blame the wine instead of the food.
Toast: The reason for toasting comes from before the Tang Dynasty. At that time, there was a stockade owner in Baokang who hosted a banquet for an official of the imperial court. When drinking, officials dare not drink, fearing that it is poisoned wine. The stockade owner had a drink himself first, and then invited the officials to drink it, so that you could come and go to show your sincerity.
Cup-urging and cup-jumping: Cup-urging means that the toaster wants a cup if it doesn't drink (a form of persuasion), and cup-jumping means that everyone else drinks a cup.
Catch sparrows: Some people can drink but can't, so they all propose a toast to him. People chased by sparrows should finish the wine in front of them and pass it on to another object.
Book a cup: At the end of the banquet, fill the cup at the door to show that you will come again next time.
Turn a cup: when the banquet is about to end, the host or his children or housewives will come out to propose a toast to show their hearts. Everyone should have a cup, and finally the host will accept it.
Guessing: In the end, two or three confidants or people with big fists are better than fingers.
