Compared with the first-tier cities, I am more optimistic about the relatively developed prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong. In Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan and other cities, billions have been spent on a piece of land, like the land we just won in Wuhan, which cost 9 billion. I am more optimistic about the developed cities in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, and I am more anxious to occupy them. Because in big cities like Taizhou, Yangzhou and Zhenjiang, one or two large-scale urban complexes have the largest carrying capacity. If they are occupied by others, even if their commercial brands are not as good as Wanda, they will certainly radiate to a considerable number of people. When Wanda wants to enter again, it will be more difficult to choose a site.

Wang: I think this change can be summarized in three aspects:

Second, it benefits from the special mode of Wanda's order-based commercial real estate. For Wanda, many steps are carried out simultaneously. For example, a project like Taizhou has completed 60% to 70% of the investment while the construction started.
