According to the hospital’s work needs and after research, it is now open to the public to recruit 60 contract nurses.

1. Application conditions

1. Applicants must be graduates of nursing majors from full-time colleges and universities with a college degree or above in 2013 (college degree is limited to graduates from colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province) );

2. Have dignified features and good health;

3. Have the physical conditions to perform the duties of this position normally.

2. Registration time, place and method

1. Registration time: March 27-29, 2013, 9:00-12:00 am, 1:30 pm- 5:00

2. Registration location: Organization and Human Resources Department of Xuzhou Cancer Hospital (fifth floor of the emergency building of the hospital)

3. Registration method: On-site centralized registration is used, and applicants must apply Sign up in person.

3. Materials to be provided for registration

1. Original and photocopy of personal ID card, student ID card, household register;

2. "Graduates from General Colleges and Universities" The original and copy of "Double Choice Employment Recommendation Form";

3. Applicants with a bachelor's degree must provide the original and copy of the English Test Level 4 Certificate issued by the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education;

4. 3 recent one-inch color photos without hats and backgrounds;

5. A copy of the "Registration Form" (attached, you can print it yourself).

IV. Exam

(1) Written exam

1. The written exam is organized and implemented by the hospital;

2. Written exam time: 2013 9:00-11:00 am on April 13th (subject to the admission ticket);

3. Exam location: subject to the admission ticket (arrive at the hospital from April 10th to 12th (Go to the Organization and Human Resources Department on the fifth floor of the emergency building to receive the admission ticket);

4. The written test results will be announced on the Xuzhou Cancer Hospital website before April 19, 2013;

5. The written test results will be 60 points is the passing line and accounts for 40% of the total exam score.

(2) Interview and practical skills assessment

1. Candidates for interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 based on the written test scores for the recruitment position from high to low.

2. Interviews and practical skills assessments will be organized and implemented by the hospital. The specific time and location will be notified to the candidates separately (announced on the hospital website).

3. The scores for the interview and practical skills assessment are both on a hundred-point scale, with the passing line being 60 points, each accounting for 30% of the total exam score.

5. Physical Examination

According to the total score, from high score to low score, the candidates to participate in the physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 (for those with tied scores, the written test score will be from high score to low) sorted). Physical examinations are organized and implemented by the hospital. When there is a vacancy due to failure in the physical examination or the candidate voluntarily giving up the physical examination, the total score will be filled in one time from the highest score to the lowest score.

6. Employment Approval

Those who have passed the physical examination should go through relevant employment procedures. Recruitment personnel (must provide graduation certificates and degree certificates, practical nurse qualification certificates or transcripts, and the "Two-way Selection Employment Recommendation Form for General College Graduates" when applying for employment procedures, otherwise they will not be hired). The probation period is half a year, and there will be no inspection during the probation period. If qualified, the contract will be terminated. If the person to be hired has signed employment contracts or other agreements with other units, he or she shall be responsible for handling the matter in accordance with relevant regulations.
