This year's college entrance examination students: male students who have official accounts in their provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, have official school status in their schools, and take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities (languages are limited to English and Russian). I am willing and supported by my parents. Do not recruit former students and repeat students.

Second-year undergraduate students in ordinary colleges and universities: male, under the age of 22 (born after July of 1 year), with college entrance examination scores above two lines (special students majoring in music, physical education and fine arts are not recruited), who have completed the prescribed study courses and passed the examination.

Undergraduate graduates from ordinary universities and military academies: male, under the age of 24 (born after July of 1 year), with college entrance examination scores above the second line (special students majoring in music, physical education and fine arts are not recruited), and must obtain bachelor's degree and bachelor's degree upon graduation.

The relevant conditions of air force recruitment require the admission process of air force recruitment.

The first stage: pre-selection and preliminary inspection

Generally, it starts from September every year to the end of 65438+February, which mainly includes publicity and mobilization, organization of registration, preliminary examination, and determination of pre-selected objects.

(1) Publicity and mobilization: organized and implemented by education administrative departments at all levels, enrollment examination departments and institutions of higher learning. By using the enrollment brochures and publicity materials provided by the Air Force, all sectors of society and parents of students are mobilized in various ways to support and encourage students with excellent comprehensive quality to apply for air force flight cadets.

(2) Organization registration: organized and implemented by the school. Students who meet the requirements of self-recommendation are recommended by the class teacher or school liaison, fill in the registration form of air force flight cadets, participate in five surveys (height, weight, vision, blood pressure and color vision) organized by the school, and those who pass the examination and approval by the school will be the primary candidates for applying for air force flight cadets.

(3) Initial test: Students holding the air force flight cadet registration form and their ID cards, household registration books or valid certificates will be organized by the county (city), district enrollment departments or schools, and will take the test at Zhao Fei test center according to the specified time and requirements.

(4) Determine the pre-selected objects: those who pass the initial inspection will be issued with the Quasi-inspection Certificate for Comprehensive Investigation of Flight Recruitment by the Pilot Recruitment and Selection Center, and fill in the Registration Form for Pre-selected Objects of Air Force Recruiting Flight Students.

The second stage: comprehensive testing.

It usually starts in February and ends in May of the following year. The comprehensive investigation was carried out at the recruitment checkpoint set up by the selection center of the Air Force Recruitment Bureau. The local city (league, state) and county (city), district enrollment departments or ordinary colleges and universities send special personnel to take qualified students in the initial inspection to participate in the comprehensive test. When reporting for duty, students need to hold the "Quasi-Inspection Certificate for Comprehensive Inspection of Flying Recruitment", ID card and household registration book. The comprehensive test includes cultural test (attended by high school graduates this year), physical examination, psychological selection and political review.

Cultural test. According to the requirements of the national syllabus for ordinary middle schools, students who fail to meet the requirements will be terminated.

Physical examination. According to the medical examination standards and prescribed procedures, the medical examination professionals will conduct a comprehensive examination of students in surgery and dermatology, internal medicine, neuropsychiatry, ophthalmology, otolaryngology and stomatology, ultrasound diagnosis and laboratory.

Psychological choice. According to the standards and methods of psychological selection of flight recruitment, professionals will test whether students have flight potential through the military flight psychological selection and evaluation system. It mainly includes basic flight ability test, special ability test and expert interview.

Political censorship. Students who have passed the cultural test, physical examination and psychological selection are determined to be candidates for political examination. Students are instructed by the political examination staff to fill in relevant forms, ask and register the basic information of students' family members and relatives. On this basis, a comprehensive political investigation is conducted for students.

The third stage: selection and admission

Students who pass the comprehensive test of recruiting pilots are selected and admitted by the Air Force Recruitment Bureau in batches according to college students and high school students. The first batch is military schools and ordinary college students, from late May to early June; The second batch of high school students whose college entrance examination scores have reached the Air Force's recruitment line will start in mid-June and end in late July.

Centralized selection. It is directly organized and implemented by the Air Force in Beijing, confirming the candidates' eligibility for election, and conducting physical examination, psychological selection, cultural review and political review.

Admission approval. College students selected through centralized selection shall be selected by the Air Force as planned. The admission scores of senior high school students are determined by the air force, and separate online admission is implemented in advance. The students who are admitted will be issued an admission notice by the Air Force and will report to the Air Force Aviation University at the specified time. After a three-month inspection period, the newly recruited flight cadets obtained their student status and military status.

What kind of treatment does the air force enjoy when recruiting pilots?

In addition to the treatment of military cadets, flight students also enjoy the treatment of professional post allowance for aviation flight, meals for aircrew and special equipment. After graduating from college, high school students and sophomores were awarded bachelor's degrees and appointed as deputy company officers. This year's undergraduate flight students were awarded a bachelor's degree in military science and appointed as full-time officers.

After high school students are grounded, they will be transferred to military academies on the ground according to their own qualities, and they have the conditions to be trained as ground crew. Sophomore flight students can retire to the original ordinary colleges and universities to continue their studies according to their wishes after being grounded; After the flight students of fresh graduates are grounded, those who meet the requirements of ground crew can be directly appointed as ground crew, or they can be retired according to their own wishes.

Eight levels of air force recruitment and admission

Step 1: Sign up for recommendation. Every year from September to June, 65438+February, students who apply for flight cadets can learn about the Air Force's recruitment. Students first need to register with the school to recommend customs. This level includes two aspects: on the one hand, students strive for parents' consent to apply voluntarily, and on the other hand, the school where students work examines the registration qualifications against the flight registration conditions. Students who meet the registration requirements fill in the "Air Force Aviation University Candidate Registration Form" and participate in the recruitment and selection.

The second step: the primary physical examination is mainly physical examination, and the physical examination adopts the single elimination system, mainly through items with high elimination rate, easy detection and short occupation time, including surgery, blood pressure, heart and lung, liver and spleen, kidney, eye vision, color vision and external eye otolaryngology examination.

Step 3: Cultural Examination According to the requirements of the state for the syllabus of ordinary middle schools, test the mathematical English, and stop the test if it fails to meet the requirements.

Step 4: Physical examination Strict physical examination shall be carried out according to the physical conditions of flight cadets recruited by the Air Force, and shall be carried out by air force medical personnel specializing in physical examination, and the elimination system of single subject and single item shall be implemented. Candidates must pass nearly 150 comprehensive examinations in ophthalmology, otolaryngology, stomatology, surgery, dermatology, internal medicine, neuropsychiatry and special diagnosis.

The difference between air force recruitment and military school enrollment

Admission time: The Air Force recruits pilots from September to June every year, and in June, 65438+ 10, other military academies will register before and after the college entrance examination next year, and will conduct an investigation interview in March after the college entrance examination. Therefore, the unsuccessful candidates will not affect the admission of other military academies or universities.

The evaluation focus is different. The Air Force should comprehensively assess students' political, physical, psychological and cultural qualities, while other military academies focus on assessing students' political and cultural qualities, and the requirements for students' physical and psychological qualities are not as strict as those of the Air Force.

Military academies with different cultural achievements are admitted according to the results of college entrance examination, and pilots recruited by the Air Force have special requirements for cultural achievements. The scores of college entrance examination, mathematics and English must reach the minimum admission control line stipulated by the Air Force.

The physical examination of pilots is divided into:

Choose physical examination, regular physical examination and irregular physical examination.

① Physical examination and selection of flight students: Young people who meet the physical and mental standards are selected through physical examination to enter the aviation school to learn to fly. Due to the characteristics of flying profession and the complexity of training, strict medical standards are adopted in the selection. In addition to clinical medical examination, aviation psychology examination is also needed to select qualified pilots with strong memory, wide attention range, flexible response and accurate judgment.

② Regular physical examination: Generally, the pilots are given a comprehensive physical examination once a year, so as to know the changes of the pilots' health status in time, make health appraisal conclusions for the subjects and determine the degree suitable for flying.

③ Irregular physical examination: Pilots are required to have irregular physical examination under the conditions of poor health, syncope or injury, distress, changing to a new advanced aircraft and performing special tasks, and make a health appraisal conclusion after the examination.

China Air Force fighter pilots are all men, but there are also female pilots in transport planes. The selection method and physical examination system of female pilots are basically the same as those of male pilots, except that gynecology is added to the examination items.

The items and sequence of the preliminary physical examination for recruiting pilots are as follows:

▲ ophthalmology

According to statistics, the number of flight students who are eliminated due to poor eyesight accounts for four-fifths of the number of people eliminated from ophthalmology every year, which requires schools and students to attach great importance to vision problems.

Attention should be paid to the eyesight examination: excessive mental stress will lead to poor eyesight, so you can do some slight activities to relax your body before the examination. Excessive fatigue and lack of sleep will lead to poor eyesight, and these factors should be avoided as much as possible. Physical examination conditions not only stipulate vision, but also strictly stipulate diopter. If the diopter exceeds the standard, it will be unqualified.

Ophthalmic phoria examination is used to check the imbalance of extraocular muscles. Our country has strict regulations on the number of hidden slopes. If the highest altitude is found in the three inspections, the re-inspection will not be carried out unless the control essentials are not mastered. Candidates must look at the light source in front of them during the exam; After the adjustment point coincides with the line, do not repeat the correction. If the distance between the knob point and the line becomes larger and larger when rotating in one direction, it will rotate in the opposite direction.

In recent years, there have been some medical methods to correct vision, such as wearing OK glasses, laser surgery, corneal ring implantation and so on. However, air force medical experts believe that the eyes that have been operated cannot adapt to the environment of high altitude and low pressure. Therefore, Article 85 of the Physical Examination Standard for Recruiting Flight Students of China People's Liberation Army clearly stipulates that "the history of corneal scar and corneal refractive correction surgery is unqualified".

▲ Otolaryngology

It is understood that according to the pilot's physical examination standards, patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis are unqualified. Because of chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal mucosal swelling, purulent nasal discharge, sinus opening blockage, nasal ventilation and drainage function is affected. In flight, the rising or falling of the flight makes the air pressure in the cockpit and sinus cavity change sharply, which causes the obstruction of the sinus ostium and is easy to cause severe headache. This symptom is called aviation sinusitis.

▲ olfactory examination

The client closes his eyes and presses the right alar with the index finger of his right hand to block the right nostril. The examiner chooses any medicine bottle and aims the bottle mouth at the examinee's left nostril, with a distance of about 1.5cm, so that the examinee can identify the smell by inhaling through the left nostril. Repeat the above process with another drug; Then repeat the above examination with the right nostril. If there is a lot of runny nose during the examination, blow it off first. If the nose is blocked, explain the situation to the doctor and check after spraying.

▲ Listening test

In recent years, the proportion of air force pilots who have been eliminated due to lack of hearing has been several times higher than before, and there is an upward trend. Candidates are reminded to use headphones correctly, and the volume should be controlled clearly, not exceeding 1 hour at most every day. Watch TV and listen to mp3. Another reason that can easily lead to hearing loss and deafness is improper medication. So take medicine according to the doctor's advice when you are sick.

In addition, in the physical examination of recruiting pilots, the rate of being eliminated due to otitis media is high. The main reasons for this disease are: not paying attention to maintaining the hygiene in the ear hole, and not being treated in time when suffering from ear diseases. So, don't dig ear wax at will. If there is a foreign body in the ear and a furuncle, you should seek medical advice in time. Don't swim or bathe in polluted waters, such as swimming or bathing, and try to avoid water in your ears. If water enters, it can be cleaned with a tampon to keep the ear canal dry and hygienic.

Standard for physical examination of pilots

I. Surgery

1, height less than 164cm or greater than 178cm, arm length less than 68.5cm and weight less than 48kg are unqualified.

5. The chest is obviously deformed, and the history of chest organ surgery is unqualified.

6. Those who have a history of abdominal organ surgery are unqualified. Simple appendicitis, inguinal hernia, surgical cure without sequelae qualified.

7. Abnormal genitourinary system and unqualified diseases such as cryptorchidism, obvious testicular dysplasia, epididymal tuberculosis and high varicocele. After treatment, hydrocele of tunica vaginalis and varicocele were qualified, and there was no recurrence and sequelae.

8. Obvious pelvic inclination and abnormal gait.

9. Limb development deformity, cubitus varus is obviously asymmetrical, genu varus is more than 6cm, fracture deformity heals and affects function, which is unqualified.

10, varicose veins of lower limbs are high, squat function is obviously impaired, and it is unqualified.

12, annular hemorrhoids, anal fistula, chronic anal fissure, proctoptosis and other diseases are unqualified.

13, infectious, difficult to cure, serious illness, large area, affecting the beauty of the skin disease is unqualified. The scabies is qualified after being cured.

14, the scar affecting the function and appearance is unqualified.

15, the tattoo is unqualified.

Second, internal medicine.

1, systolic blood pressure exceeding 140mmHg, lower than 100mmHg, diastolic blood pressure exceeding 90mmHg or pulse pressure difference lower than 30mmHg are unqualified.

2, heart valve disease rational murmur, premature beats more than 5 times/minute, as unqualified.

3. In supine position, the liver is larger than 1.5cm and the spleen is larger than 0.5cm, which is unqualified.

4. Standing and touching the right kidney is more than 2/3 of the whole kidney, and the left kidney is more than the whole kidney 1/3, which is unqualified.

5, there are all kinds of infectious diseases and medical history, chronic diseases and the history of each system, as unqualified. Viral hepatitis before 7 years old is qualified if it has no recurrence after cure.

9. More than four pairs of teeth fall off, gingival abscess, hyperplasia and atrophy are unqualified. Qualified after cure.

V ophthalmology
