First-stage treatment: come to the hospital to implant implants, about a week apart, and take out stitches for the second time. Come to the hospital for reexamination in about 3 months, take a dental film and see how the implant is long. All goes well and enters the second stage.
The second stage of treatment: about 3 times, (remove the gums at the implant site, install the superstructure, take out the membrane, and go to the hospital to wear porcelain crowns every other week or so. )
Don't brush your teeth within 24 hours after operation, use clear water, because frequent gargling will lead to bleeding, but you can rinse your mouth with mouthwash after meals to prevent food from remaining in your mouth. You can eat and drink properly 2 hours after operation, and the food should not be overheated.
2. Routine use of antibiotics after operation. For simple implant surgery (small number of implants, short operation time and good recovery of patients), oral antibiotics are given after operation, and intravenous antibiotics are needed for complex implant surgery to prevent infection.
3. Different degrees of surgical reactions may occur due to different patients' constitutions and surgical methods. Some patients have mild or no reaction and discomfort, and some patients have local edema and ecchymosis, which generally lasts for about 3-5 days.
4. Generally, patients have only slight dull pain or discomfort after operation, and there is no need to take painkillers. However, if the patient is sensitive or feels local pain, painkillers can be added on the day after surgery. Under normal circumstances, after 24 hours of operation, patients will no longer feel persistent pain.
5. Routine suture removal 7- 10 days after operation and timely suture removal can prevent local infection.
