Rizzo Ito, a Japanese female cartoonist, graduated from the Sculpture Department of Women's University of Fine Arts. 1987, she made her debut as "Father's Day" in the monthly magazine Asuka. His masterpieces include The Wedding Thief, The Secret of Love, Very Hot Men and Women, etc. The Bearded Chicken is her first animated work. She was divorced once and married Yoshida Chariot, also a cartoonist, in 2007.
