Xiaoshan City Cultural Park is located in Shushan Street, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. Located in the north of Nansansan Road, south of Nansi Road, east of downtown South Road and west of planned Xihe Road. It covers an area of about 2 1 1.45 mu, with a total construction area of about 280,000 square meters and an estimated total investment of about 4.5 billion yuan. The project will be divided into two phases, and the first phase will be put into practice.

Xiaoshan City Cultural Park will build a youth activity center, a women's training activity center, a Shao Opera art center, an art museum and an intangible cultural heritage museum, forming a "five in one" layout, which can show people excellent traditional history and culture. The project is based on the principle of "trinity" of urban parks, cultural centers and cultural and creative communities.
