Method for making thread incense
The manufacturing method of the thread incense comprises the following specific steps:

The first is the fragrant mud.

The fragrant powder used this time: Laoshan Tan powder, sticky powder and nanmu powder;

Proportion: Laoshan 3.4g, Nanmu sticky powder 0.55g

Note: This time, the sticky powder accounts for 15% of the fragrant powder, and the sticky powder ratio should be controlled between 15%-20% as far as possible.

Method:

1, fully mix the fragrant powder and sticky powder, add water and make dough, preferably without sticking to the dish wall.

2. Use a spoon to repeatedly stack the fragrant mud from all sides to the middle, and fully stir to strengthen the density of the fragrant mud.

Second, squeeze incense

Method:

1, put the fragrant mud into the syringe and fill the syringe as much as possible to strengthen the linear fragrance density;

2. Squeeze the fragrant mud on the chopping board with both hands to form a line of incense, squeeze it upward from the near end, and cut it into the required length while squeezing.

note:

1, when putting the fragrant mud into the syringe, try to fill it up and plug it;

2. When squeezing incense, the needle cylinder should be about 10CM away from the chopping board, not too short, otherwise it will break easily. When the incense sticks out, the hand moves upward and the incense lies flat on the chopping board.

3. When the tangent line is fragrant, it can be slightly longer than the required length, which is convenient for shaping.

Third, preliminary forming.

Method:

1, observe the incense and find out the incense with bubbles. It needs to be redone, or it will break easily when it is dry.

2. Cut the incense into the required length with a ruler and a knife.

note:

1, if the thread is fragrant, some sticky rulers can be dried a little before removing the excess parts;

2, don't just cut one end, cut off the end with irregular shape and bubbles;

3. Cut off the part, repeat steps 3 and 4, and then squeeze into thread incense. Finally, the remaining fragrant mud is put aside for use.

Fourth, secondary molding

Method:

After the line has dried for an hour or two, use two rulers, one long and one short, to straighten the line.

note:

1, the thread incense must be dry until it does not stick to the ruler and the chopping board.

2. The long ruler must be perpendicular to the chopping board;

3. Squeeze the thread incense lightly with a short ruler, and press it from the right side and the upper side.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) is pressed and dried in the shade.

Method:

1. When both ends of the incense are discolored and dried, repeat step 5 to straighten the incense;

2. Rooting the incense sticks, and pressing both sides of the incense sticks with two plates with smooth edges;

3, cover a piece of paper, Yin trunk incense.

note:

1, the fifth step must be repeated, otherwise the incense will not stick together;

2. Don't press the boards on both sides too tightly. It is best that there is no gap between the line and the incense.

3. Put the incense on the incense with a ruler and gently press it, so that the incense will not become warped.

Six, cellar preservation

Method:

1, wrap the incense in a sealed bag and keep it in the shade for about half a month;

2. Store it in a perfume tube or a perfume box (I use a test tube with a plug, which is well sealed and has no odor).

note:

1, handle with care;

2. It is best to store it in the shade for more than half a month.

It is suggested that after drying in the shade for 2~3 days, it should be exposed to the sun for half a day (if it is not dried in the shade first, it will be deformed and distorted).
