Hello, swelling of the eyes usually occurs three days after eye bag removal surgery, and there are obvious bruises around the orbit. The sutures were removed 5 days after surgery. The swelling has basically subsided one week after the operation, but mild purple spots or yellow spots may still remain under the skin around the orbit. The swelling in the surgical area will be completely reduced 10 to 20 days after the operation. If mild separation of the eyelids and eyeballs is found after surgery, it will usually return to normal within 2 to 3 months, and there is no need for another surgery.
