1. Vehicles with green environmental protection signs must meet the following conditions:

1. 19 gasoline vehicle with yellow environmental protection sign under the seat.

2. The vehicle is in good condition. Approved by the technical personnel of the management unit such as the special maintenance station of the relevant automobile factory, it has the conditions for transformation. After the transformation, the exhaust emissions are greatly reduced.

3. The technical route of tail gas emission control meets the requirements of our city, that is, closed-loop EFI or electronically controlled air supply with ternary purifier.

4. After inspection by the inspection site, the appearance inspection and emission detection all meet the specified requirements and standards, that is, the appearance inspection is qualified. After simple working conditions, the exhaust emission meets the Class III limit in the standard DB1122-2003.

2. The renewal of environmental protection signs shall be carried out in the motor vehicle inspection field. When renewing the environmental protection mark, the inspection site shall conduct appearance inspection and exhaust emission detection in accordance with the regulations. Appearance inspection includes checking whether there are oxygen sensors, gas supply systems, ternary purifiers, etc. in the car. The exhaust emission detection adopts simple working conditions. Class III limits of db11122-2003 shall be implemented.

3. In the future annual inspection, the emission of the above vehicles shall be tested according to the Class II limit of DB1122-2003. For vehicles that cannot reach the Class II limit but reach the Class I limit, yellow environmental protection signs can be issued (vehicles that have been modified according to regulations, that is, 1995 to 65438+).

4. On the premise that the technical route of governance meets the requirements of our city, the owners can choose their own governance units and products. No department or unit may designate.
