Surgical procedure
Facial liposuction is performed under local anesthesia. Generally, a skin incision with a length of about 2-3mm is made in the hidden parts such as below the earlobe, in front of the tragus, behind the earlobe groove or at the red lip of the corner of the mouth. After the wound is healed, there is almost no trace, and then the swelling liquid (including painkillers and hemostatic drugs) is injected into the subcutaneous fat layer. During the operation, a very fine liposuction needle is used to suck out the fat evenly under extremely low pressure, so that the subcutaneous area of the operation area is smooth.
Surgery can suck out subcutaneous fat above the thyroid cartilage from the chin to the upper neck and below the mandibular margin on both sides, and restore the natural angle between the chin and the neck, and between the mandibular margin and the neck; Local pressure dressing should be performed after operation, dressing should be changed 2 days before operation, and the elastic band of mandibular neck should be replaced 3-4 days later for local pressure shaping.
The suture was removed 6-7 days after operation, and the local compression plasticity was 1-2 months, and the effect was good. This operation is best for people with single fat accumulation, good skin elasticity and no excessive relaxation; If the skin is excessively slack, the skin retraction is limited after operation, which will affect the effect.
