Chemiluminescence labeling immunoassay, also known as chemiluminescence immunoassay (CL IA), is an immunoassay method that directly labels antigens or antibodies with chemiluminescence reagents. Acridine ester (AE) is an acridine ester compound commonly used for labeling, and it is an effective luminescent marker [3]. It can complete intense direct luminescence within one second by starting the luminescent reagent (N ao H H H 2O 2), which belongs to fast scintillation luminescence (see figure 1). Acridine ester is used as a marker of immunoassay, and its chemical reaction is simple and rapid without catalyst. The competition method is used to detect small molecule antigen, and the sandwich method is used to detect large molecule antibody, which has less non-specific binding and low background.
