Henan Communications Vocational and Technical College originated from the training course for cadres of Henan Provincial Bureau and was founded in 1953. After the historical evolution of Henan Communications School, Zhengzhou Communications College and Henan Communications School, it is an engineering college with a long history and distinctive traffic characteristics. In 2004, with the approval of Henan Provincial People's Government, it was independently upgraded to a higher vocational college.
The school is located in Zhengzhou, an important birthplace of Chinese civilization, a national central city and a national comprehensive transportation hub, with convenient transportation and beautiful scenery.
