I. Recruitment positions

Please refer to the annex for the specific requirements of the recruitment post conditions and the number of recruits in Qingzhou public institutions.

Second, the scope and conditions of recruitment

(1) Having China nationality.

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system.

2. Online preliminary examination

3. Online payment

After submitting the registration information online, applicants should check the online preliminary examination results in time.

After the written test fee is paid successfully, the refund procedure will not be handled.

The materials required to reduce the examination fee include:

4. Plan adjustment

Candidates whose recruitment positions are cancelled can register themselves within the specified time and report to other qualified positions in the annex. The report can only be changed once, and those who fail the online preliminary examination cannot change the report.

Successful payers must log in to the registration system within the specified time to print the admission ticket, as well as the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions and the Commitment Letter for Credibility of Staff of Public Institutions (used during the interview).

As one of the necessary documents to enter the examination room, the written examination admission ticket contains important information such as the location of the examination room, the examination time and the admission ticket number. Applicants should be properly kept and brought to the examination room on time.

(3) Qualification examination

Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process.

In addition to the online qualification examination at the time of registration, candidates who enter the interview scope will be re-examined according to the requirements of the recruitment department (unit). If the results of qualification examination are inconsistent with those of online preliminary examination, the results of qualification examination shall prevail.

Candidates should be qualified according to the specified time and place, otherwise it will be deemed as automatic waiver.

Candidates for qualification review shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:3. Those who finally enter the scope of qualification review, such as several candidates with the same written test scores, are determined to be candidates for qualification review.

If there are vacancies in the number of qualified written tests, the recruitment will be cancelled; If the recruitment ratio is not reached, it shall be determined according to the actual qualified number.

Those who fail to meet the recruitment requirements after examination shall be disqualified.

Within the specified time, vacancies caused by waiver or disqualification will be filled according to the written test scores from high to low.

Applicants entering the scope of qualification examination shall submit the following materials:

4. Applicants for targeted recruitment positions.

Those who enter the scope of qualification review must submit relevant materials within the specified time and pay the interview examination fee 70 yuan, otherwise they will be deemed to have given up automatically.

(4) Interview

Participants in the interview are qualified personnel for qualification review.

The interview time, place and other specific matters are published in "Qingzhou Municipal Government Website-Government Information Disclosure-Departmental Information Disclosure Catalogue-Municipal People's Social Security Bureau".

The interview is graded on a scale of 100.

The interview takes the form of structured interview, which mainly tests the ability and professional quality that candidates should have.

The interview results are judged by the examiner on the spot, and the average score is calculated after removing a highest score and a lowest score.

The results will be announced to the candidates after the interview.

If the number of people actually participating in the interview is less than or equal to the number of people in the job recruitment plan, the minimum score line of the job interview results is determined by the average score of all candidates who participated in the same examiner group on the same day, and candidates whose interview results do not reach the minimum score line are not allowed to enter the medical examination.

The score of passing the interview is 70 points.

Candidates whose interview results do not reach the qualified score line cannot enter the medical examination scope.

After the interview, according to the percentage of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, the total test scores are synthesized.

The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.

If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment position are tied, the candidates for physical examination shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low. The written test results are still tied, and the candidates for the physical examination scope are determined by taking additional tests.

(5) physical examination.

According to the recruitment position, according to the total test scores of candidates, the candidates who enter the medical examination range are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 from high score to low score. If the proportion does not reach 1: 1, it shall be determined according to the actual number of people.

1. Physical examination.

Those who practise fraud or conceal the real situation during the medical examination, resulting in distorted medical examination results, will not be employed, and the relevant personnel will be held accountable according to regulations.

According to the requirements of post conditions, the investigation is conducted in various ways, mainly focusing on ideological and political performance, moral conduct, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, whether there are situations that should be avoided and the matching degree with the recruitment position, and re-examining whether the candidates meet the prescribed post qualifications and whether the relevant information materials provided are true and accurate.

In accordance with the Opinions on Further Strict Management of Cadres' Archives (Lu Zufa [2065438+07] No.2), the files of the subjects were strictly examined, with the emphasis on "three years of age, two calendars and one identity".

Vacancies caused by giving up physical examination, inspection qualification or unqualified physical examination and inspection (including those who violate the rules in the college entrance examination in different places) will be filled according to the total score of candidates in the same position from high to low.

Physical examination, inspection time and other related matters will be notified separately.

(6) Employment publicity

According to the examination, physical examination, inspection and other conditions, determine the list of personnel to be hired, and publicize it in "Qingzhou municipal government website-government information disclosure-departmental information disclosure directory-Municipal People's Social Security Bureau" for 7 working days.

Once the list of persons to be employed is publicized, it will not be replenished.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment formalities shall be handled, and the employing unit shall sign an employment contract with the person to be employed to establish the personnel relationship.

If problems affecting employment are found and verified, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
