1. Selection and control of tolerance of thrust roller bearing cavity;
After the thrust roller bearing is pressed into the thrust roller bearing, it should rotate flexibly and have no sense of retardation. If there is obvious rotation inflexibility, it means that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance should be reduced. If the thrust roller bearing is pressed into the shaft and rotated by hand, there is obvious "rustling" feeling, which may be due to the excessive tolerance of the shaft or the poor roundness of the shaft. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance between shaft and thrust roller bearing cavity, roundness should also be controlled. Many domestic manufacturers only control tolerance, not roundness.
2. Assembly mode of thrust roller bearing:
Because the thrust roller bearing is a high-precision product, it is easy to damage the thrust roller bearing groove if it is improperly assembled, which will lead to the damage of the thrust roller bearing. When assembling the thrust roller bearing, there should be a special mold, and it is not allowed to knock at will. When the shaft is pressed in, it can only be stressed in small circles, and when it is pressed in large circles, it can only be stressed in large circles. Pneumatic or hydraulic pressure is needed during assembly, and the upper and lower dies should be out of the horizontal state during press-fitting. If there is inclination, the thrust roller bearing channel will be damaged by force, resulting in the guiding sound of the thrust roller bearing.
3. Prevent foreign bodies from appearing during assembly:
When the thrust roller bearing is installed on the rotor for balancing, it is easy to make the iron filings generated during dynamic balancing enter the thrust roller bearing, so it is best to do dynamic balancing before installing the thrust roller bearing. For the convenience of assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease to the thrust roller bearing cavity to achieve lubrication effect, but it is often difficult for operators to control the dosage. If more oil or grease accumulates in the thrust roller bearing cavity, it will easily enter the thrust roller bearing along the shaft when the thrust roller bearing rotates. It is best not to apply oil or grease to the thrust roller bearing chamber. If it is necessary to coat it, it is necessary to control that there is no accumulation in the thrust roller bearing chamber.
4, paint rust:
Lacquer rust mainly exists in sealed motors, and the sound is good when assembling. However, after being stored in the warehouse for a period of time, the abnormal noise of the motor becomes very large, and the removed thrust roller bearing is seriously corroded. In the past, many manufacturers thought it was the thrust roller bearing. After our continuous publicity, the motor factory has realized that the main problem is insulating paint. This problem is mainly that the acidic substances volatilized from insulating paint form corrosive substances at a certain temperature and humidity, which corrode the thrust roller bearing channel and lead to the damage of the thrust roller bearing. The problem can only be to choose a good insulating paint, dry and ventilate for a period of time before assembly.
