1. Basic conditions

2. Recruitment units, positions, number of people and qualifications

3. Matters related to registration
(1) Registration time: October 10, 2012 to October 19, 2012 during normal working hours.
(2) Registration method: Candidates shall register with the specific employment unit with the registration form and other relevant materials, and the specific employment unit shall be responsible for preliminary review of the applicant's qualifications and review by the District Talent Exchange Center. Issuance of admission ticket.

The registration form can be downloaded in Attachment 3. When registering, applicants should submit two copies of the application form (computer required to fill in and print out), three recent 1-inch full-face photos without hats, and provide the originals and copies of relevant documents required by the "Recruitment Position Information Form":
Identity Certificate, household register, academic degree certificate, professional title certificate, and relevant materials proving the qualifications required for the position.
Each applicant is limited to one position. Applicants for multiple positions will be disqualified.
All materials provided by applicants must be true and valid. If there is any fraud, once discovered, the qualification for examination or employment will be cancelled. If the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of people proposed for the position does not reach 3:1, the number of people proposed for the position will be retained or reduced accordingly until the recruitment of the position is cancelled.
4. Examination
(1) Written examination:
It is conducted in a closed-book manner. The written examination paper is divided into 100 points and the passing score of the written examination is 60 points. Please see the admission ticket (to be notified) for the specific time and location of the written test.
The content of the written examination is "Fujian Provincial Government Institutions' Worker Technical Grade Position Assessment Official Course Reading" (2011 edition organized and compiled by the Fujian Provincial Government Institutions and Institutions Worker Assessment Office);
< p> (2) Interview:Candidates who enter the interview should present their ID cards, admission tickets and other relevant documents to attend the interview.
The interview will be based on the ratio of 1:3 to the number of candidates proposed for the position among the candidates who have passed the written test score, and the interview candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores. If the score is less than 1:3, the interview candidates will be determined according to the actual number. The interview adopts a structured interview method, and the interviewer will score on the spot, mainly testing the overall quality of the candidates. The total interview score is 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points. The qualifying mark for the interview with a 1:1 ratio is 75 points. After the interview, the written test and interview scores will be converted into a total score at a ratio of 1:1. Candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined from those who pass the written examination and interview in the order of comprehensive score and the number of people to be recruited for the position in a ratio of 1:1. If the overall scores are the same, the one with the higher interview score will enter the physical examination and assessment; if the interview scores are still the same, the interview will be conducted again.
The specific time and place of the interview will be notified later.
5. Physical examination and assessment
(1) Physical examination. Those participating in the physical examination must bring their ID cards and admission tickets and go to the designated hospital for a centralized physical examination according to arrangements. Physical examination personnel should participate in the physical examination on time. Those who fail to participate in the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up their qualifications.
The physical examination standards for this recruitment refer to the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health, and the relevant expenses are borne by the individual.
(2) Assessment. Applicants who pass the physical examination will be assessed by the specific recruitment unit. The main content of the assessment is morality, ability, diligence, performance, integrity, etc. The application qualifications will be reviewed. Those who fail the assessment will not be hired.
(3) If the candidate fails the physical examination or assessment or the candidate voluntarily gives up his qualifications, candidates who pass the written examination and interview will be filled in order according to their overall score (the candidate's comprehensive score is valid within one year).
6. Go through the employment procedures
(1) Based on the job requirements and the results of examinations, assessments, and physical examinations, select the best candidates to determine the list of personnel to be hired, and publish it on the Jimei website () for 7 days .
(2) If the announcement result does not affect the employment, the applicant will sign a labor contract with the specific recruiting unit after being submitted to the relevant department for review.
7. Other matters
1. The academic degree required by the job qualifications must be a national education or general education degree, and they must be the professional qualifications required by the position.
2. This recruitment examination uses the "Professional Guidance Catalog for Recruitment of Government Agencies and Public Institutions of Fujian Province" (Trial) (Autumn 2012) to set and review professional conditions. Candidates please check the relevant documents in Attachment 4 .
3. The deadline for calculation of age and working experience (work experience) is October 19, 2012. The years are accumulated based on full years, full months and full days.
4. For the job qualification requirements of "work experience and years of experience", applicants must provide valid payment certificates for pension insurance.
5. The household registration requirement is Xiamen, excluding the collective household registration of students in universities and technical secondary schools in Xiamen.
6. Relevant examination information will be released through the Jimei District Government website () and Jimei Personnel and Labor Security Information Website (/). Applicants are requested to pay attention in time without further notice.
7. Unfinished matters during the recruitment process shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant recruitment policies of the superiors.
