Cone head welding should be carried out on the rotary welding bracket, and the weld should be thorough, full and uniform, without biting meat.

3.4.5 Before assembling the bolt ball grid, the corresponding high-strength bolts should be embedded. Before embedding, the hardness test and appearance quality inspection should be carried out for the high-strength bolts one by one. The high-strength bolts in question cannot be embedded.

3.4.6, steel welding will damage the embedded high strength bolts, such as lighter, splash, etc. Therefore, before assembling and welding steel bars, the embedded high-strength bolts should be well protected to prevent electric arcs and splashes from splashing into the threads, so a package is usually added after embedding for protection.
