Fracture healing is divided into 1, hematoma is organized; 2. Primary callus formation; 3. Three stages of callus transformation plasticity.
Generally speaking, after 3 weeks of fracture, the hematoma organization period ends and enters the initial callus formation period. During this period, the fracture is not stable at all, which means that the fracture may be displaced after being stressed, and there may be two consequences after displacement.
1, repeated displacement, fracture does not heal, then you can only do surgery.
2, fracture displacement healing, joint instability may occur. The ankle joint, whether medial or lateral, is very important for the stability of the joint. When walking and exercising, the ankle joint needs to bear a lot of weight. If the joint is unstable, it will be painful in the future.
Therefore, it is unwise to bear the burden on your left foot at this stage. I suggest you walk with your left foot in a hurry. If you have to walk, please use crutches.
