The tour guide uncle said that it was a volcanic island with many volcanic rocks on it, because it was a volcano, but now the volcano is dead and alive.

There is also a "mysterious road" in Jeju Island! It looks like an uphill road, but even if you don't develop your own power, the car can slip away. There are only some graves by the roadside. Everyone said that it must be a "ghost" from the cart. Later, I heard from the tour guide that it was due to visual error, but it was actually downhill.
