1, smaller intrahepatic bile duct stones will not have obvious clinical symptoms and will not cause biliary obstruction. In this case, regular examination should be carried out first, and if necessary, dissolved drugs can be taken for symptomatic treatment;
2. Bile duct obstruction, especially stones with obvious bile duct dilatation and bile duct inflammation, requires bile duct incision and stone removal through surgery. If the affected bile duct is confined to a certain hepatic segment or lobe, especially the adjacent liver has developed hepatic fibrosis or even cirrhosis, it is suggested that the affected hepatic segment or lobe should be removed together with bile duct and intrahepatic bile duct stones by surgery.
3. Some intrahepatic bile duct stones diffuse in the left and right liver. In this case, liver transplantation or bile duct enlargement and cholangioenterostomy can be performed to remove stones as much as possible to ensure smooth biliary drainage.
