4. Press it slowly. Jack, make the upper pressure wheel stick to the steel pipe, start the grooving machine, and make the drum rotate for one cycle. At this time, observe whether the section of the steel pipe is still stuck on the grooving machine. If not, adjust the pipeline to a level. If it is tight, slowly press down the jack, so that the upper pressure wheel can evenly roll the steel pipe to the predetermined groove depth.
5. Stop the machine, check the depth and width of the groove with vernier caliper, and after confirming that it meets the standard requirements, unload the jack and take out the steel pipe.

2. Fix the chain tapping machine at the predetermined opening position of the steel pipe.

6. If it is a mechanical four-way, it is necessary to ensure that the holes on both sides of the steel pipe are concentric when opening, otherwise the rubber ring may be broken after installation, which will affect the water area.
Five, pipeline installation, according to the principle of installing large diameter, main pipe and riser first, and then installing small diameter and supervisor, in the installation process, it must be installed continuously in sequence, and it is not allowed to jump in sections, so as to avoid difficulties in connection between sections and affect the overall performance of the pipeline.
1. Fix the steel pipe on the hanger and put the intact rubber sealing ring at the end of the steel pipe.
2. Insert another steel pipe with lubricant coated at the end into the rubber sealing ring, and turn the rubber sealing ring to make it in the middle of the joint.
3. Install the upper and lower clamps on the outer side of the rubber sealing ring, send the flanges of the clamps into the groove, press down the ears of the upper and lower clamps, tighten the screw holes of the clamps and tighten the nuts evenly in turn. In the process of tightening the nut, beat the clamp with a wooden hammer to ensure that the rubber sealing ring will not wrinkle, and the flange of the clamp should be clamped into the surrounding grooves.
