If you want to learn technology, go to the self-taught medical expert school first. You can't operate for customers without a doctor's qualification certificate.
At present, there are many training courses of this type, most of which are crash courses. The difference between doctors who come out of the training class and doctors who really study medicine and have been working as doctors is that they have different experiences in dealing with emergencies or abnormal infections.
I don't think there is much problem in learning theories or concepts in these training courses, but it is unacceptable for me to practice on others' faces.
I still mind if you study medicine by yourself and then learn fine tuning.
I hope Newland can help you.
