Ms. Zhang Yan, Han nationality,1born in July 1963, member of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party,1admitted to the Department of Political Education of Shaanxi Normal University in June 1982,1graduated with a bachelor's degree in July 1986; 1September 1987 to1February 1990, studied philosophy in northwest university of politics and law and obtained a master's degree in philosophy. 1March 1990 to1June 1995, philosophy teacher at the Party School of Xi Municipal Committee. Now he is a doctoral student majoring in education management in Peking University, the legal representative and president of Xi Oriental Asia-Pacific Vocational and Technical College. 1At the end of 1999, Ms. Zhang Yan founded Xi 'an Dongfang Asia-Pacific Training College in the cultural area in the southern suburbs of the ancient city of Xi, and enrolled more than 2,000 students in the autumn of 2000. In order to run a school with a high starting point and high quality, Ms. Zhang Yan established the Asia-Pacific Institute of Higher Education, and put forward a "three-dimensional education model" with clear views and sufficient arguments: education needs to be connected with the market, education needs to be connected with student id, and education needs to be connected with future development. These three links have made a high-level and creative summary of the running mode of private education, which is of great reference significance to both private education and public education. After several years' development, xi 'an Dongfang Asia-Pacific Training College was approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government in May 2004 with document [2004] No.48, and the Ministry of Education put it on record with document [2004] No.76, and was upgraded to Xi 'an Dongfang Asia-Pacific Vocational and Technical College, and began to recruit candidates to participate in the unified enrollment of national colleges and universities.
Ms. Zhang Yan actively carried out educational and scientific research, and published more than 65,438+00 papers in newspapers and educational and scientific research conferences in various provinces and cities across the country. Her article "Changing Ideas and Implementing Quality Education in an All-round Way" 1997 won the first prize of Shaanxi Provincial Education Commission and Education Society, and won the second prize of national essay writing for quality education, which was published in Shaanxi Education. In the 2002 Shaanxi Private Colleges Education Seminar and the 2004 National Private Colleges Development and Education Quality Construction Expert Forum, papers such as "Integrating Educational Resources and Building a New Education for Taiwan" and "Strong Development on the Road of Characteristics-Some Thoughts on the Sustainable Development of Private Colleges" were published respectively, which were well received by the participating experts and incorporated into the minutes of the meeting.
Ms. Zhang Yan is also the Deputy Secretary-General of Private Education Committee of China Management College and the Vice President of Shaanxi Private Education Research Association.
