2.. Troubleshooting

1) The inspection of connecting rod bending and twisting deformation can be carried out on the connecting rod inspector.

If the three measuring points of the three-point gauge are all in contact with the test plate, it means that it is not even bent or twisted. If the upper measuring point is in contact with the flat plate and the two lower measuring points are not in contact with the flat plate and the gaps between them are equal, or the two lower measuring points are in contact with the flat plate but the upper measuring point is not in contact with the flat plate, it means that the connecting rod is bent. The bending and twisting deformation of the connecting rod is usually corrected with the attached tool of the connecting rod corrector

The inspection of double bending of the connecting rod is also carried out on the connecting rod tester. When the connecting rod has both bending and torsion, the twisting is generally corrected first and then the bending is corrected.

After the connecting rod has been corrected for bending and torsion, the distance between the L axis center lines of the seats at both ends should not be greater than 0.15mm, otherwise it will affect the compression ratio of the cylinder.
