How to wind the motor?
First, remember the development diagram of the motor coil and the number of coils in each slot, then take the coil out of the slot, measure the length of the coil, take the circumference of the coil according to the empirical value, put insulating paper in the slot, embed the wound coil into the slot, and embed the wire according to the original development diagram.

Put a bamboo stick on each slot, cross-embed the coils according to the records, connect the leads, and finally knock with logs to form. Then use a 500-volt megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance within the specified range, pour the insulation paint, put a 200-watt light bulb in the middle of the motor, stand the motor up and bake it at a temperature of about100 C until the paint is dry. It is best to have a special person to guide the above operations, or refer to the motor maintenance manual.

If the motor is repaired, remove the old wire, write down the number of turns of each slot wire, measure the wire diameter, then clean the slot, pad it with insulating paper, lay the wire handle, go down to the slot and seal it with a bamboo stick. If the new wire is offline, check the wire diameter and turns according to the stator data.

If the motor without data is offline, calculate the magnetic flux Gauss according to the quality of the silicon steel sheet, then calculate the V/A/ turns according to the width and length of the stator pole and the depth of the slot, multiply it by the voltage to calculate the required turns, and then calculate the outlet diameter according to the area of the slot, which is completed offline according to the above method, and then pre-dry, dip paint and dry. Then the power of the motor is determined according to the allowable current of the wire diameter.

There is no formula for motor winding. The motor model, power, number of poles, number of stator slots, connection form (Y or delta) and voltage are quite different, and the winding diameter, number of turns and winding circumference are all different.

According to the voltage level, the high-voltage motor adopts various specifications of winding flat wires, such as bisimine, monoimine, thin double-stranded wire and so on.
