1. During the holidays, teachers and students of the whole school should arrange activities properly, reduce going out, avoid going to high-risk areas, pay attention to safety when traveling, do personal protection and hand hygiene well, and avoid people gathering. All colleges strictly examine and approve students' applications for going out (leaving school or going out) and do a good job in the management and service of students staying in school during holidays.
During the holiday, continue to adhere to the "daily report" and "zero report" system. All colleges and departments should accurately grasp the health examination and travel record information of all faculty and staff in their own units, and counselors should accurately grasp the health examination and travel record information of all students. Teachers and students who return to school after leaving the horse shall be checked and counted by the colleges. Those who do not meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control shall be suspended from returning to school.
2. All units and departments should not relax their vigilance. They should follow the "four early" prevention and control measures adhered to by the Ministry of Education, accurately prevent and control, continue to build two lines of defense "inside" and "outside", pay close attention to the normalized epidemic prevention and control work, properly arrange epidemic prevention and control, duty and security, and attach great importance to the dynamic information management of returnees from abroad.
3. The person in charge of each unit (department) should keep the communication unblocked. In case of major emergencies, it is necessary to report them in time and handle them properly according to regulations to ensure that teachers and students can spend their holidays safely. Please send the holiday duty list of each unit to the mailbox of the party-run school office (provide a scanned copy with official seal) before leaving work on the afternoon of September 29.
