The installation and disassembly of the die is a key skill of a stamping worker, which basically involves all the operations of the press: height adjustment, fine adjustment, clamping and loosening of the workbench, opening of the workbench, etc. From the point of view of the mold, tooling accidents are easy to occur during the process of mold installation and disassembly, which is easy to cause fatal damage to the mold. In addition, the rationality of die loading adjustment has a very direct relationship with the service life, stability and quality of stamping parts. From the production point of view, mastering the working essentials of loading and unloading molds is conducive to shortening the mold changing time and improving labor productivity. The following are the procedures and precautions for mold installation and disassembly:
First, the single-action mold installation:
1. Open the workbench and clean it:
Before opening, clean the guide rail of the workbench, clean up the waste and other sundries, and check whether there are too wide items on both sides of the formwork, so as to prevent the workbench from interfering with the main column of the press when opening, causing accidents. The stop position of the workbench should be reasonable, based on the square hanging of the mold, but keep a safe distance from the stop point of the guide rail;
2. Single-acting drawing die should install the ejector pin according to the work instruction, and ensure that the ejector pin length is consistent;
Select the ejector pin and ejector pin position according to the ejector pin diagram in the job description. After placing the ejector pin, check it to ensure the consistency of the position and length of the ejector pin. In order to make the mold position accurate, the positioning pin is placed in the corresponding position of the mold according to the work instruction. In addition, the cover plate of the ejector pin hole should be placed in a fixed position to prevent it from being lost.
3. Hang the die on the workbench and align its center with the center of the press workbench:
Before placing the mold, the bottom and top surfaces of the mold should be cleaned. After placing the mold, check the alignment of each installation groove with the T-groove of the press for easy installation.
