Whether to enter the earphone mode or not is determined by the position of brass shrapnel in the earphone jack. When there is no earphone in the earphone jack, the mobile phone also shows that there is no earphone, but it is a solution of earphone mode:

1, restart the phone.

Restart to see if the phone switches back from headset mode. If you are still in headset mode, the fault point is locked in the headset jack position.

2, headphone jack foreign body

Carefully check whether there is any foreign body in the earphone jack, and the elastic piece of the earphone jack is pressed, which causes the Apple mobile phone to enter the earphone mode.

3. Water is damp

The elastic piece in the earphone jack is made of brass, which rusts and corrodes in a humid environment for a long time or the mobile phone is close to water, causing the Apple mobile phone to enter the earphone mode. You can choose to wipe the inner wall of the earphone jack and the elastic sheet with a cotton swab.

4. The shrapnel spring fails.

Because the earphone is often used, the contact spring in the earphone jack is aging and fails, and the spring automatically switches to the earphone mode and cannot be restored to its original position. You can use a toothpick or a needle to pull the spring in the earphone jack and force it to return to its original position.

If it is determined that the shrapnel in the earphone jack caused the Apple mobile phone to switch to the earphone mode, toothpicks, cotton swabs and needles still can't solve the problem and can only be sent to the maintenance station for repair.
