Composition:
400g of medium gluten flour, 20g of sugar, 2g of refined salt, 4g of yeast (dry) and 220g of water. Don't add it all at once. Add and subtract water and peanut butter as appropriate according to dough conditions.
Cooking steps:
1. Put all the dough materials into the chef's machine, open the 1 file, knead the dough for 6 minutes, pour most of the water first, then add the rest, and add more if it is not enough. Depending on the dough, after the chef stops, observe the dough and knead it for two to three minutes.
2. Take the dough out of the chef's machine, knead it into smooth dough (promise me not to be lazy), set it and let it stand for about 3 minutes.
3. Take half of the dough and roll it into a rectangle.
4. Take out the peanut butter that was replenished before (because I am in a glass bottle, I just need to scald it with hot water and warm it for a while. )
Spread peanut butter on two thirds of the dough.
6. Fold the left third and cover the right third.
7. Gently roll it longer with a rolling pin and cut it into 6 pieces. Don't cut on the silicone pad, it will break.
8. Roll it into a flower roll, put it on a wet steamer pad and ferment it to twice its size.
9. Boil a pot of water, steam for 10 to 15 minutes after boiling, and simmer for about 3 minutes after turning off the fire.
Cooking skills:
1. Flower rolls are pasta similar to steamed bread and steamed buns. China ancient pasta, a classic home-cooked staple food, can be made into salt and pepper, sesame paste, onion oil and other flavors. Rich nutrition, delicious taste and simple method. Slice the noodles, mix the ingredients, roll into a hemisphere, and steam.
2. In the Ming Dynasty, Lang Ying recorded in his notes "Seven Manuscripts": "The real name of steamed bread is pretty head, which is a pretty head to worship the gods. Zhuge Zhi ordered Meng Huo to take bread and meat as the head sacrifice, which was called' Man Tou' and now it is also steamed bread. " After all, the steamed bread created by Zhuge Liang is full of beef and mutton, which is complicated and expensive. In this way, later generations omitted the process of making stuffing and turned it into steamed bread. And those with stuffing become buns, and those with many folds like flowers are called "flower rolls".
