This book is a summary of the results of "Research on Evaluation and Development of Shallow Geothermal Energy in Key Cities of Henan Province", and at the same time supplements the research contents of application suitability evaluation and zoning of ground source heat pump systems in Hebi, Jiyuan, Sanmenxia, Shangqiu, Pingdingshan, Zhumadian and Xinyang, making the application of the results more standardized and comprehensive.

This book is divided into 10 chapters. The first chapter introduces the research status and development trend of heat pump technology at home and abroad, especially the ground source heat pump technology and the development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy; Present situation and main problems of shallow geothermal energy development and utilization in Henan province: research objectives, tasks, research contents and methods; Research progress and achievements of this project, etc. The second chapter summarizes the regional geological background of shallow geothermal energy formation in Henan province 18 cities, including natural geographical characteristics, regional strata and geological structure, regional hydrogeological characteristics and shallow groundwater resources; The third chapter expounds the characteristics of urban shallow geothermal energy, including the establishment of the conceptual model of shallow geothermal energy, the characteristics of shallow geothermal field, the burial, distribution and circulation characteristics of shallow geothermal energy, the production capacity of shallow geothermal energy and the chemical characteristics of shallow geothermal fluid; The fourth chapter expounds the main methods and results of shallow geothermal energy test, including indoor water and soil test, field pumping recharge test and drilling method test. In chapter 5, based on the basic theory of groundwater seepage and heat transfer, the change of groundwater temperature field under well pumping and irrigation mode is simulated, and the influence of aquifer hydrogeological conditions, production well structure and layout, groundwater pumping and irrigation quantity and different pumping and irrigation modes on groundwater temperature field is emphatically discussed. Combined with the actual project, the simulation research is carried out. The sixth chapter focuses on the application suitability evaluation and zoning of underground water source heat pump system and underground heat pump system. On this basis, the suitability of shallow geothermal energy in the cities under the jurisdiction of Henan Province 18 was comprehensively evaluated and zoned. Chapter 7 systematically calculates and evaluates the urban shallow geothermal energy resources, including reserves and recoverable resources; Chapter 8 briefly introduces typical projects. The ninth chapter looks forward to the development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy in Henan Province. Chapter 10 is the conclusion. The specific division of labor in this book is as follows: The first chapter is written by Zhao He; The second chapter is written by Yan; The third and fourth chapters were written by Liu Xinhao. The fifth chapter is written by Cui Yali, Shao and three people. The sixth chapter is written by Jiao, Cui Yali and He. China shallow geothermal energy development and utilization time is short, and everyone is constantly exploring. During the research of this project, the Code for Exploration and Evaluation of Shallow Geothermal Energy (DZ/T0225-2009) has not been issued, which has brought us some difficulties. We try our best to study the geological conditions of shallow geothermal energy and the suitability of the application and development of ground source heat pump system in Henan Province from the perspective of the formation conditions and development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy, just to introduce the author's ideas and preliminary research results to everyone. However, because there are many subjects involved and the author's level is limited, readers are cordially invited to put forward valuable opinions to promote the continuous development of shallow geothermal energy exploration, evaluation and development and utilization in Henan Province.
