I. Organizational leadership

Four. Recruitment objectives and conditions

(A) to develop a recruitment plan

(2) Registration and qualification examination

5. In principle, the ratio of the number of positions to the number of applicants must reach 1: 3 before starting the examination. For the shortage of professional posts for which there is no way to adjust and the number of applicants is less than 1: 3, with the consent of the municipal recruitment (employment) leading group, the proportion of examination can be relaxed, but in principle, differentiated competition must be formed.

(three) bonus points (not repeated cumulative bonus points)

1. For ethnic minority candidates whose origin or current household registration is in Qiannan Prefecture, add 2 points to the written test score (before conversion) to take care of them.

2. The written test scores of candidates with intermediate titles (before conversion) are added with 2 points, and the written test scores of candidates with senior titles (before conversion) are added with 5 points.

Candidates who meet the conditions for extra points must also provide the following supporting materials when registering:

1. Original and photocopy of People's Republic of China (PRC)'s valid ID card (second-generation card) whose origin is not in Qiannan Prefecture. Candidates whose current household registration moves to Qiannan Prefecture are required to provide the original and photocopy of their current household registration book.

2. Original and photocopy of valid qualification certificate for intermediate or above titles.

Candidates are required to fill in the unified format of the "Application Form for Extra Points for Staff of Public Recruitment Institutions in Fuquan City". (4) Examination

The examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview. Candidates who take the written test must enter the examination room with a valid original of the Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China (second-generation card) and an admission ticket (both of which are indispensable). 2. Interview: The interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of people planned for the recruitment position 1:3, and the total written test score of the interviewer is determined from high score to low score. If a position enters the interview, the last candidate's written test scores are tied and he also participates in the interview. All candidates will enter the interview for positions that are open according to the relaxed proportion. The interview was conducted in a structured way according to the subjects, 100, and the interview results were announced on the spot.

Comprehensive score = (written test score+bonus points) ×40%+ interview score ×60%. The comprehensive score is rounded to two decimal places.

If the interview score does not reach 60 points, the candidate will be disqualified from entering the next link. Applicants are required to take all the exams for the subjects and projects specified in this position. Those who fail any exam are deemed to have given up the exam automatically.

Sixth, physical examination

The number of people participating in the physical examination is determined according to the ratio of high score to low score 1: 1. If a position is tied with the comprehensive score of the last candidate in the medical examination, the one with the highest written test score is listed as the medical examination candidate. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Notice on Revising the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 19). The physical examination hospital is a medical institution at or above the county level. The medical examination hospital will be temporarily determined by the municipal recruitment (employment) leading group, and the medical examination time will be notified separately. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidate himself. Those who fail to pay the medical examination fee or attend the medical examination on time are deemed to have given up automatically. Those who voluntarily give up or fail to pass the physical examination will be given the position in turn according to the comprehensive scores from high to low (the comprehensive scores are tied, and the written test scores are only given once).

Seven. survey

Candidates who pass the physical examination are determined as the objects of investigation, and the contents of the investigation mainly include the candidates' political thoughts, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline. During the inspection, it is necessary to further verify whether the candidates meet the prescribed qualifications and confirm whether the information and materials submitted at the time of registration are true and accurate.

The inspection work shall be uniformly deployed and implemented by the municipal leading group, and opinions shall be widely listened to during the inspection, so as to be comprehensive, objective and fair, and the inspection materials shall be truthfully written. The inspection work is supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision organs.

During the inspection, it is found that a candidate in any of the following circumstances is unqualified, and the competent department of the recruiting unit shall report to the municipal recruitment (employment) leading group for examination and approval, and cancel the qualification of the candidate to enter the next link.

1, people who can't adhere to the party's basic line and can't be consistent with the CPC Central Committee on major political issues;

6. Persons who have been identified as incompetent (unqualified) in the annual assessment of government agencies and institutions since 2009;

7. Candidates who registered with the employment recommendation form failed to obtain the academic certificate required by the recruitment position as of August 3 1 20 12;

8. Persons suspected of violating the law and discipline who have been placed on file for investigation and have not yet closed the case;

9. Persons who do not meet the qualifications required for the recruitment position;

10, there are laws and regulations that prohibit employment among the personnel determined by the public institution or the municipal recruitment (employment) leading group.

Eight, employment approval

Those who pass the examination, physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates. The person to be hired will be publicized for 7 working days.

After publicity without objection, the personnel to be hired shall be reported to the municipal recruitment (employment) leading group for research and approval, and then fill in the Approval Form for Open Recruiters in Qiannan Prefecture Institutions (in quadruplicate) and send it to the competent department and the municipal recruitment (employment) office for examination and approval, and then report it to the State Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for examination and approval. And the recruitment (employment) unit signs an employment contract with the person to be hired. If there is a report during the publicity period and it is verified that there are serious problems affecting employment, the employment qualification will be cancelled. If it is still difficult to verify for a while, it will be verified and concluded before deciding whether to hire.

New recruits will be given a one-year probation period, and those who pass the examination after the probation period will be formally hired; If the examination fails, the employment will be cancelled.

The hired personnel shall report to the employer on time as required by the notice. If the registration time exceeds 15 days, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

Nine. Discipline supervision

This recruitment (employment) work is subject to discipline inspection and supervision departments and social supervision.

The recruitment work adheres to the principles of openness, fairness and justice, strictly follows the policies, conditions, standards and working procedures, strictly abides by the examination discipline, and resolutely puts an end to unhealthy practices such as fraud and favoritism.
