2. Free flap transplantation is used to correct eversion, which is mostly used for tumor marks formed by burns, trauma and eyelid abscess. Antibiotics are usually used for 3~5 days after operation. The dressing was changed 1 time on the third day after operation, and the suture of skin flap was removed on the sixth day, and the suture of eyelid was removed on the sixth day. Eyelid margin adhesion 3-6 months incision.
Some minor complications after correction of ectropion are normal, including blurred vision, diplopia and temporary eyelid swelling in the corner of the eye. Slight asymmetry and postoperative scars.
